Qognify, a provider of video and enterprise incident management solutions, announced that it is now part of Hexagon.
The company joins the Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division of Hexagon, following the completion of its acquisition announced Dec. 19, 2022.
“Qognify extends our real-time monitoring and security reach to detect, assess and respond to incidents, providing a more robust offering to the markets we serve,” said Steven Cost, president of Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division, in a statement.
Qognify’s video management software (Qognify VMS) and enterprise incident management platform (Situator) will complement Hexagon’s technology portfolio including HxGN OnCall Dispatch in public safety and HxGN Connect in the smart cities and manufacturing sector, according to the company. Qognify will also extend Hexagon’s reach into other markets including commercial, retail, financial and business services.
